I'm Benjamin Carcich
My early career was spent leading in the military, after which I joined Riot Games as a producer. I’ve worked on teams and organizations of all sizes and types, and spent a lot of time doing leadership training and coaching.Â
I had an absolute blast and learned a ton from my experiences and the people around me.
After almost a decade, I realized I loved helping leaders grow and advance more than anything else, so I helped form Building Better Games to level up leadership across our industry!

When are the online group sessions held?
